Anger is a natural emotion and can sometimes be a cover for many other emotions that are hidden under the surface. Exploring with a therapist can help to uncover these and possible triggers and links to your life history that may help you understand where these powerful feelings originate.
It is always helpful to be able to make some sense of how come...? . When we have some awareness it gives more opportunity for choice. During your sessions I can suggest some helpful tools to self soothe and regulate your emotions which in turn will help you to have more space to make choices about how you might want to be.
