Is your life affected by the levels of anxiety that you experience?

This may look like you are unable to go to work or participate in everyday activities such as socialising with friends and family.  Or it may be affecting your capacity to go for what you want in your life, when high levels of worry and projection of what might happen play out in your mind.


Anxiety may originate from low self esteem and difficult life experiences which have left their mark. Exploring these events and gaining some insights into how you have arrived at this point will provide a wider perspective and give opportunity for small changes to be experienced over time. 

I offer a safe and held space to explore your felt experience, learn about your physical, mental and emotional responses and find helpful ways to quieten down the anxiety. When you gain a little extra space it will increase the opportunity for you to experience different ways of being from your default place of anxiety.
